1. Schedule Online
Your journey starts with a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Tuczynski. We'll discuss your symptoms, medical history, goals, and determine whether hormone optimization is right for you.
If you choose to move forward after our consultation, an Executive Membership is required for comprehensive lab testing, treatment planning, prescriptions when appropriate, follow-up monitoring, and ongoing optimization.

2. Comprehensive Testing
We partner with a nationwide laboratory network, making it easy to complete comprehensive blood work at locations across the country convenient for you. Your labs provide the foundation for a personalized treatment plan.

4. Start Treatment
Once your plan is finalized, you'll begin physician-directed hormone therapy using evidence-based protocols. We'll provide clear instructions and ongoing support to help you get started with confidence.
