At Edge Health, you begin with a one-to-one physician consultation. For patients who choose to continue, our Executive Membership brings together individualized treatment, standard laboratory testing, and direct physician support.
Comprehensive Physician Consultation
During your virtual meeting with Dr. Tuczynski, we review your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, goals and expectations. This visit helps us understand what you are experiencing and in determining whether hormone optimization or peptide therapy is right for you.
After our consultation, an Executive Membership is required for comprehensive lab testing, treatment planning, prescriptions when appropriate, follow-up monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
Edge Health is a direct-care practice and does not bill or contract with insurance companies. This allows us to provide transparent pricing, direct access to doctors, and personalized care without insurance delays, insurance restrictions on treatments, prior authorizations, or hospital system restrictions.

An assessment focused on your priorities. Explore the concerns that brought you here and what you hope to achieve through treatment.
An individualized discussion of your options. Understand whether hormone care may be appropriate and what additional information or testing is needed before making treatment decisions.
Time for your questions and clear next steps. Discuss the proposed approach, what ongoing care involves, and whether continuing with Edge Health is right for you.
What you leave with: An initial physician assessment of your concerns, an understanding of what needs further evaluation, and a clear explanation of your next steps.
The consultation is billed separately from membership. Laboratory testing, finalized treatment planning, prescriptions when appropriate, and ongoing care through Edge Health require an Executive Membership.

Executive Membership
A new standard in health optimization for those who demand precision, access, and excellence in their health.
After your initial consultation, an Executive Membership is required to move forward with lab testing, treatment planning, and ongoing care at Edge Health.
This membership gives you unlimited access to our physician-led hormone and peptide program, including lab coordination, personalized treatment recommendations, direct physician support, follow-up monitoring, and treatment optimization over time.
Your membership includes:
Direct access to your physician
Contact your doctor directly by call or text with questions about your care. Discuss treatment concerns with a physician familiar with your history and plan.
Personalized treatment planning
Your physician considers your symptoms, medical history, goals, and relevant laboratory results to develop an individualized treatment approach. Prescriptions are provided when clinically appropriate.
Standard laboratory testing and physician review
Standard blood work recommended within your Edge Health care plan is included, with testing coordinated through our laboratory network. Your physician interprets the results in the context of your health and explains how they inform your care.
Follow-up monitoring and treatment adjustments
Your care includes reassessment of your symptoms, response to treatment, and any concerns that arise. Your physician adjusts your plan when appropriate rather than leaving you with a one-time prescription.
Ongoing prescription management
Medication management includes reviewing your response, addressing side effects, and managing appropriate dose changes and renewals as part of your ongoing care.
What is included—and what is separate?
Standard laboratory testing: Included with membership.
This covers the routine testing your physician recommends within your Edge Health treatment and monitoring plan.
Medication: Billed separately.
Medication costs depend on the treatment prescribed, dose, and pharmacy.
Specialized testing: May cost extra.
Certain advanced, genetic, diagnostic, or other non-routine tests are outside the membership. Any additional testing costs will be discussed before ordering.
Initial consultation: Separate from membership.
The $495 consultation is the first step. Membership applies to patients who choose to continue with testing, treatment, and ongoing care.
Edge Health provides specialty care and does not replace your primary care physician or emergency services. Direct physician communication is for non-emergency concerns.

Lab Work
Standard laboratory testing recommended as part of your Edge Health Executive Membership is included. We coordinate the routine blood work needed for your individualized treatment plan and ongoing monitoring through our nationwide laboratory network, making it convenient to complete testing wherever you are.
Comparable comprehensive laboratory panels often cost $250 or more when purchased separately.
Certain specialized, advanced, genetic, diagnostic, or otherwise non-routine laboratory tests may not be included in the membership and may involve an additional cost. If additional testing is recommended, any associated costs will be discussed with you in advance.

Medication varies depending on your personalized treatment plan, prescribed therapies, dosing, and pharmacy pricing. Edge patients have access to significant pharmacy discount with our pharmacy partners.
You may use FSA/HSA accounts for medication.
